  • Allow a grace period for the content owner to respond or provide a replacement.
  • Permanently delete the image from the website and server after the grace period.

  • Images that need updates to reflect current information or branding.

  • Replace the old image with the corrected version on the website.

  • Website Administrators: Monitor and enforce the image deletion and correction policy.
  • Users: Report any images that may need deletion or correction.
